I like doodling as it allows me to lose myself in an addicting enterprise which begins with me adding lines, dots and marks around a framework. Soon it seems like I am not the creator at all but an intrepid seeker just letting myself in into a newly created space with its odd walls and corners. It is like finding my way through a surreptitiously erected landscape.

Just attempted this illustration to overcome my fear of drawing the human face. It ended up nothing like the magazine bimbo I was reproducing. The subject is a well know Chinese blogger who has undergone multiple surgical procedures to ‘unlook’ like Chinese. My sketch somehow seems to have put back her Chinese look!
I want to attempt colouring this.
